Following the U.S. Supreme Court decision in June Medical Services v. Russo, Allan Parker, President of The Justice Foundation, released the following statement:

“Today the Supreme Court of the United States bowed to immense political pressure from the abortion industry. It is unconscionable that facilities performing a dangerous procedure do not need admitting privileges to local hospitals. Today’s decision by the Court is extremely disappointing to thousands who want to ensure protections for women. While the Justices ended up siding against the state of Louisiana, this case exposed the malfeasance, malpractice and misrepresentation of the abortion industry. The state of Louisiana should be commended for fighting to protect women from being hurt by abortion.”
