Long before the global pandemic consumed our energy and resources for over a year, Legacy believed our distinctive mission is to grow area philanthropic and nonprofit efforts by connecting donors with critical needs in our community, instilling informed leadership and building endowments to create a stronger, healthier and more prosperous region.

Legacy Regional Community Foundation works everyday to support and assist area nonprofit organizations.  One part of Legacy's strategic plan is to improve capacity in area nonprofit organizations for effectively acquiring and managing resources in order to be resilient in continued adaptive work that is improving our community.

We are in a data and information gathering phase to determine the resources and activities in which we will invest toward achieving these desired outcomes.
