ArtWorks for Milwaukee | CAPE Community Mental Health Survey
Thank you for your time and interest in sharing your mental health journey with ArtWorks' high school interns.
ArtWorks for Milwaukee is an organization that combines arts engagement with workforce development through intensive paid internships for teens throughout the year.
CAPE Mental Health Movement is an ArtWorks for Milwaukee program that utilizes graphic design to help spread mental health awareness, education, and acceptance.
This survey seeks to learn more about our community's mental health, including Milwaukeeans' :
- lived experiences
- perception of mental health conditions
- knowledge of treatment options
The interns will then gather the results and create artwork based on the community's experiences to fulfill their mission:
We, at CAPE Mental Health Movement, utilize graphic design to help spread mental health awareness, education, and acceptance. We improve access to resources, dismantle stigmas concerning mental conditions, and rebuild healthier perceptions concerning mental health.
Respondents can expect to spend 12 minutes completing this survey. This survey is completely anonymous and individual responses will not be shared.
