Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage therapy uses penetrating warmth from heated basalt stones. The warm stones are applied to the body and used throughout the massage to relieve tight and sore muscles.
Prenatal Massage

A semi-reclined and side-lying, nourishing massage for the mother-to-be in her 2nd and 3rd trimester. Pillows are used to prop the body to ensure comfort and safety for mother and baby, and a neutral oil is used. used to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and relieve muscle tension.
Thai Foot Massage

Revive your tired feet and legs & experience full body relaxation with reflexology. It involves hands on massage and stretching techniques opening the ‘Sen’ energy lines, along with the use of a traditional Thai massage stick. Pressure is applied on specific reflex points on the feet to stimulate the internal organs, encouraging the body and mind to balance as well as activating the body's natural healing mechanism

I suggest arriving 10 minutes early to have time to park, fill out intake form and use the restroom. The building has its own parking lot.
I do not offer insurance billing, however, you can use the debit card associated with your Health Savings Account or Flex Spending Account to pay for your massage appointments for medical necessity. Please ask your employer if this is a covered benefit for you.
