Sterling “TrapKing” Davis is a rapper-turned trapper who uses his voice to raise awareness about Trap-Neuter-Return and so much more. He uses his voice and social media platforms to show that “You don’t lose cool points for compassion.”
CARE stands for Companions and Animals for Reform and Equity. A Black, Indigenous, and People of Color [BIPOC] led organization, CARE is inspired to rethink and rebuild Animal Welfare in a way that honors and reflects the well-being of all people. They teamed up with TrapKing to create the CARE DARE event last spring to spread awareness about Trap-Neuter-Return.
We trapped 13 cats that weekend and they sent us 10 brand new, state of the art Tomahawk gravity traps!
They recently visited New Jersey and some of our most dedicated volunteers were able to meet with them for an inspiring dinner.
