How you can help crisis first responders as they respond to crisis!

Crisis Services is working around the clock to respond to the impact COVID-19 is having in our community.

As your only 24-hour Crisis Center, we are here to respond. We answer the call!

While the uncertainty of this public health crisis has added a layer to our work, our systems are set to ensure a seamless response. We are proud to say that our agency has never closed its doors during 51 years of service to you. We will not let this pandemic affect our mission now, but we need your help.

Swiftly, we’ve made accommodations for remote, overtime and secondary staffing for the safety, health and emotional well-being of our staff while they respond to existing calls and the uptick in COVID-related crisis calls. Realistically, however, there is no way to project out costs for conducting operations in this fashion and we don’t know how long this crisis will last.

Your support at any level will help keep our first responders going, one day at a time, through this unparalleled moment of international crisis, right here in Erie County.
