Amanda leads the development and implementation of ClimeCo’s digitalization and automation strategy to create value for clients and partners and unleash changemakers internally to create more impact. She also serves as a special advisor to EarthUp; the sustainability software solution ClimeCo invested in.
For nearly two decades, Amanda has assisted business leaders in enhancing long-term value by guiding the integration of sustainability into their operations with a special focus on commercial opportunities.
Amanda joined ClimeCo after it acquired Global Affairs Associates (GAA), the women-owned ESG and sustainability consulting firm in Houston. As a partner at GAA, Amanda helped accelerate the firm’s growth and valuation through a diverse portfolio of clients. Before GAA, Amanda worked to improve social and environmental conditions for IKEA’s North and South American supply chains and the environmental footprint of its products. She led her region’s annual supplier sustainability reporting activities and contributed to redesigning IKEA’s global supplier sustainability scorecard.
Amanda is co-host of ClimeCo’s ESG Decoded Podcast and frequently speaks publicly on ESG-related topics. She also contributed to Climate Risks in the Texas Power Sector: Stakeholder Views and Management Approaches. Amanda serves on the steering committee of the Texas Sustainable Business Network, leading the events and programming subcommittee. She also organizes cross-industry networking events to promote and support female leadership.
Amanda earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas in Austin.
